Terms and Condition

       Terms and conditions:
  • For customers living in Brunei only.
  • First Come, First Serve Basis.
  • For serious buyers only. However, we are open for any questions.
  • Refund is not allowed.
  • Delivery time will be subject to the seller and buyer agreement.
  • Delivery place is fixed: - For BSB buyers at Giant Rimba.
                                            - For Tutong Buyers at Huaho Tutong.
                                           
                                            - For Kuala Belait Buyers at Any place.

  • Delivery fees will be charge according to the place stated above. For both BSB buyers and Tutong, The charges will be $5. Whereas KB buyer is free.
  • Choice of payment is Cash on delivery. 
  • Cancellation should be made at least 3 days prior/before the delivery date(For in stock items).
  • Last minute Cancellation for PRE-ORDER stuff is not allowed.
